For account or billing help, include the email on your account.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, email support@uftc.community from the address on your account. Deletion removes your profile and saved businesses. Published business listings and audit records may be retained as required.
Refund & cancellation
Memberships are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the Manage membership portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support.
